Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

The listed rate is for 8 individuals. Children under 2 are free and not included in final head count. Renter must sign Rental Agreement, send a copy of Govt issued ID and full guest list within 48 hours of rental term or reservation is subject to cancellation. A $800 deposit HOLD is placed three days prior to stay in the event of damages.
