Villa Del Mar is a luxury vacation rental home at its finest. Offering two bedroom suites, luxurious great room, three dining areas and five private terraces. The villa boasts ocean views from every room including the pool and terraces.
The main villa sleeps up to 4 guests within two private suites. Each Suite includes King beds, private en-suite bathrooms walk in closets, individual controlled A/C units and private terraces with unobstructed full ocean views off each bedroom. Suite One boasts a private outdoor double headed shower looking over the palm trees to the ocean that every guest will want to experience. 

The Villa is located in the gated security patrolled community of Mahogany Run on the prestigious north side of St. Thomas. The Villa is has a additional private drive gate for extra privacy. Complimentary Concierge service is included for all our guests. 

Adjoining the great room of the villa is a newly furnished patio including a spacious alfresco dining area with gas grill, loungers and an infinity edge pool with unbelievable ocean views. There is a second large terrace with additional private lounge space and dining area with ocean views surrounded by lush tropical trees and flowers. The villa has a generator in case of power outage and its own UV water purification system.

Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and insulated tumblers are available for guest use. Lush Standard Textile brand towels and sheets round out your stay. The Gourmet Kitchen includes all pots and pans, bakeware, extensive utensils, various small applicants and wine glasses to compliment your gourmet meals. 

While Villa Del Mar is a family friendly home with a pack & play available; please note there are stairs to suite One and the pool is not fenced. With a step-free entrance, the Main villa is also step-free along with suite Two, allowing all family members access to the main areas of the estate. Villa Del Mar is a managed by the property owners who take pride in providing a personal vacation experience. 

Does your group love to explore? We were drawn to St. Thomas for its incredible snorkeling, kayaking, and scuba diving with options all over the island. If you’d prefer to stay on dry land, check out some of the island’s most important historical sites, like Black Beard’s Castle, Tombstone Rock, and Ninety-Nine Steps. When it’s time to head for the beach, Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Coki Point, and Lindbergh beaches are all a few miles away. Magens Bay, a Fodor's top 10 beach in the Caribbean, is a stones throw from Villa Del Mar and the perfect beach for families.

The island’s capital of Charlotte Amalie, is a short 15 minute drive from the estate is where you will find the best boutiques, shopping and oceanfront dining. Red Hook is a short 20 minute drive where you will find more restaurants, nightlife and the 30 minute ferry to St. John. With a central location on the island, you are never too far from the pristine beaches of the island.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

You are renting the main villa of a larger property. You and your guests will have full private access to Main Villa, the two bedrooms located in villa, pool and pool terrace, secondary Terrace and private verandas off each bedroom. The other spaces will not be accessible, which include two bedrooms and a full one bedroom apartment. Please inquire about Villa Del Mar if you are seeking larger accommodations. Rate includes up for FOUR people over the age of 2. We cannot accommodate more than two per King bed, and we do not allow blow-ups or sleeping on the sofas.
