Two suites in the main house: Suite one with king bed, en-suite bath, outdoor double headed shower, palm tree view, walk-in closet and private terrace. Suite two on main level with king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and private terrace. Suites three and four in the Main level tower - each with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, private terraces with ocean views.

The apartment has its own entrance and private garden with a view of the ocean. It includes a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. The apartment living area is air-conditioned and has comfortable leather sofas. There is a full size pull-out sofa bed for up to two children, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The step-free great room is connected to the primary terrace with infinity edge pool, outdoor dining area and expansive ocean views. The second terrace with lounge & additional dining is surrounded by ocean views & tropical trees and flowers. Located in the gated community of Mahogany Run, the security patrolled neighborhood is suitable for walking and exercise. The villa has a private gate for added security. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

The listed rate is for 10 individuals, $50 additional per person up to twelve. Children under 2 are free and not included in final head count. Small dogs under 25 lbs are accepted for an additional $300 per stay. Maximum of two dogs. Renter must sign Rental Agreement, send a copy of Govt issued ID and full guest list within 48 hours of rental term or reservation is subject to cancellation. A $1,000 deposit HOLD is placed on a Credit Card three days prior to stay in the event of damages.
