The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, and more with BBQ grill. Linens, beach towels, and laundry soap are provided, along with free WiFi. The gated community offers peace, with Cowpet Bay Beach and the Caribbean Fish Market just steps away. Located near Red Hook, the Ritz, and American Yacht Harbor for dining, shopping, and entertainment. A rental car is recommended, and private parking is complimentary.

No smoking on the balcony or inside the condo. A security deposit and photo ID are required. Stairs lead to the condo as shown in photos.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
